Been having this issue as of late. Haven't downloaded a mod in a couple months, so I'm a little curious as to what's causing it. Ran LOOT but it made no change to my current order. The CTD happens with quick saves and regular saves.
 
Load order:

Fallout4.esm
ArmorKeywords.esm
slaveCollar.esm
DelyteOutfits.esp
TroublemakerOutfit.esp
Survivalist.esp
DX Commonwealth Shorts.esp
CBBE.esp
DX Vault Girl Shorts.esp
Armorsmith Extended.esp
dB-Enhanced Blood Basic.esp
AzarPonytailhairstyles.esp
Lots More Female Hairstyles.esp
