well everyone has different taste so a all in one guide would be hard to find. but there is this if you want to try something your self 

and honestly this i something i am always looking for as well i tend to like the more realistic looking girls that dont have over exaggerated features who also look more like women ans less like girls but i can give you some pointers and provide what i have and you can decide if you like them or not.  

 

1. first get a HAIR mod (commonwealth cuts on nexus, or Misc Hairs google i will not give links so i dont violate any rules)

2. CBBE no matter what BODY type your into you will need this  

3. TEXTURES. currently im using a setup that has a visible seem which is frustrating but to get you started try Valkry or Pride of Valhalla 

4. get some SKIMPY OUTFIT mods 

5. the last and most important part is the FACE. this is hardest part if you want to make your it yourself i use a moddified version of FEMSHEPPINGS presets for one of my girls you can also just search nexus for gorgeous valut girl which will give you a good head start of search under saved games/ characters every couple days like i do i will upload pictures of my three girls and if you like them i will try to make them files and i appologize in advance bc i dont know how to do the spoiler thing so you can click for picture
