How do you think, can mod organizer affect stability? I currently totally rebuild my current setup with nexus mod manager. And looks liike loading times are x2 faster then when it was under mo vfs. I wonder can it affect stability of this fragile game? I noticed that when i was using mod organizer, my loading was very unstable, but under nexus mod manager it stable as rock.

The Mod Manager itself has a minimal impact on the speed of the game. But may have a huge impact on stability when you remove mods.

Mod Organizer (that probably you named as "Mod Manager" in your post, just my guess) add a little bit more resources, because its handles a virtual folders system. Nothing heavy but still higher than nothing.

NMM, in the latest versions uses the symlinks. So delegates to the OS the getting of the files. The power consumes is comparable to the virtual directories.

Old versions of NMM just drop the files in the real data folder. No impacts on getting the files, but serious pain when you remove a mod that is overwriting something installed by another mod. (Still a problem also on the latest version of NMM.)

Now, the "stability" is not really dependent on the Mod Manager, is is more dependent on how good the mod you install are, what is in your save game, all the availability of the required files an objects.
