Shigure Outfit

I Would like to see this outfit in game, Shigure wears it in the anime, Kenichi the mightiest deciple, For CBBEv3.

I have found multiple mods that look kind of like it, but no mods have stockings WITH, Jandals, Thongs, Flip flops what ever you want to call them.
