SOS missing penis and random crashes

This is my load order, and my problem is that i can't figure out what is happening, i used LOOT to order the plugins, cleaned mods with TES5Edit, everything seems fine, but some saves crash, or i get crash when i open the inventory, or when i press J or M,

SoS Light is installed, but not showing in MCM tab and npcs has an invisible hole between their legs, where it's supposed to be the dick, you understand, this never happened me before, i thought i was doing this good. (1 year modding, still noob)

I can see you do not install SOS properly, missing ESM file "Shlongs of Skyrim - Core.esm".  Install with NMM.
