Custom world with no DLC requirements for the sims 3?

The sims 3 stutters and lags so bad it becomes too annoying to play. I have tried trap error and mods that turn off EA story and I have merged all package files under 195 mb but the game still slows the longer I play with a family.

 

I am trying to find a smaller world to play but i only found mods that require lots of DLC add ons that cost too much. I only bought pets.

Is there any shared worlds online that anyone knows that do not use 15+ add ons?
