EVERY TIME I TRY TO USE A WORKSTASTION IT DROPS OUT AND I CANT SMITH ,MAKE POTIONS,BUILD A HOUSE WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS AND HOW DO I GET TO THE PAPYRUS LOG THANX FOR ANY HELP

You posted twice before without using all caps, why start now? Lol.

 

Anyways you get papyrus logs by making sure your skyrim INI has this:

[Papyrus]
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1
bLoadDebugInformation=1

 

 Not sure that will help you much though, papyrus usually gives you more questions than answers unless you are a modder.

thanx and sorry bout cap lock but it only happins after I do the second task for master quest I did find out I can only use the smith and the smelter at captured dreams but not any of the tanning rack or improvement for the armor and or weapons benches so far I have checked falkreaf and the new house there and whiterun with no luck thanx
