stretching problem with mod

ok i have no idea what is causing this i thought maybe the skeletons and body mods but i reinstalled them and still the same issue. i have run fnis reinstalled skeletons and body mods yet still this stretching issue someone please help oh and i use Mod Organizer if that helps.

i've tried that i will try and reinstalling the HDT as well

i tried reinstalling the HDT mods and body mods then textures and the horse penis for females mod as well it still is having the stretching problem can someone please help me with an idea of what could be wrong?
