Proper Aiming

I have been using this mod since... i can't even remember

The plugin gets merged into the bashed patch, and i got the suggested combat settings in my skyrim.ini

 

The thing is, tho i recall it worked fine i recently tried using crossbows / bows and the aiming is way off. I tried removing the mod (and rebuilding patch) and its even worst

If any of you play ranged chars and do not have any aiming issues (1st or thrid person) 

Could you please tell me how did you acomplished it? (mods and settings used)
