Can't remove gag "effect"

So I played for some time with the gag on, and when i finally got the key, it would let me equip without the dialog boxes in my inventory, but the gag on my character and speech "debuff" would still be there! I have tried dropping the gag etc. but nothing worked... Any help please D:?

 

Also, I use bleak ENB, which keeps switching between making my screen ver dark and very bright, ive tried google but the fixes didnt work

put everything in your inventory in a chest or something like that, open the console in third person view when only the gag remains, click on your character while still in the console and when it is selected, type this: removeallitems

it should delete the gag from your character, let me know if that doesn't work, I've had this happen before and don't worry, it's fixeable
