First person hands flickering

Loaded up Skyrim and whenever I switch to first person there the hands and arm flicker a yellow color it only happens in first person and on every save.

I have the same problem, and am seeing it with and without an ENB installed

I've got the same problem, and I'm also not using Enb.

 

I might add that in my troubleshooting, I found that Enhanced Camera mentions a body flickering bug, but it has supposedly been fixed. I'll try disabling to see what happens. 

 

Edit: So, I've tried changing my lighting mods, as well as my camera mods, and have had no success. I'll try messing with shadow settings to see if that might fix it.
