StayFrosty Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 I am having a problem with my load order and LOOT is not helping, appears to just be placing new Mods at the end of my load order not sorting them. I have redownloaded and reinstalled LOOT three times now, wondering if just a download problem, but have noted since other people mentioning the same problem...and so I'm assuming if I want to play my Skyrim I am going to have to sort the load order myself and so am asking for some help please in doing so? Some advice please? ZelenEagle Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 framework mods as low as possible, mods that you want to override other mods at the end of the load order put xpmse closer towards skyrim.esp move follower mods like sofia more away from skyrim.esp since they don't affect the other mods and have dependancies of other mods that need to load before them put the perk overhauls further down as well

brandet Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 hmm ... you can use LOOT for proper load order (sometimes it does not seem to work, but it works) and WRYE BASH for proper compatibility patch (only for the patch) and I think that is the problem ...
brandet Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 One more thing, If you use "mod organizer", the skeleton mod (XPMSE) must be below all the mods that can modify the skeleton on the left list, because the left list matters in load order ... if you use "Nexus mod manager" install skeleton last, but, nmm is really a problematic mod manager ... And ... if you change from "NMM" to "MO" follow this excellent gopher tutorial series:
