What is the name of that really detailed SL customization / triggers mod?

Few months back I saw this mod but forgot to download it, which let you set up custom triggers based on things like health / stamina, character friendliness etc. Then you could trigger different types of animation based on whether the situation was met.  I can't find it anymore, did it get deleted ? Anyone know the name of this mod? 

 

Looked all over in downloads and haven't been able to find it again.
