Character can't move during blocking

Hi guys,

I've had this problem since few month, but was ignoring it for now.

 

My characters can't move during blocking. No matter if this is 2H, 1H or shield. I suppose it's some kind of skeleton problem, but tried to do something with that(changing body replacer, updating skeleton) and nothing happened. Happens also on male characters.
