Craftable in the Armorsmith Workbench
Can wear any piece of armor with it
10 Base damage Protection
5 Energy Resistance
5 Radiation Resistance
I added Blood Cleanser as an effect, not sure if it's working. Need feedback.
Upgradeable with Railroad lining

needs the eyes of beauty, KS Hairdo or Ponytail Hairstyles (preset has Short Hair from azar), AGCP's Face Details Add-on and the face i'm using is Valkyr, Using asian face enhanced as well

Is it just me or is the spec map a bit over the top? It seems to reflect too much light.

I really like it, except for the fact that it's not up-gradable. (Well I was able to figure this out in fo4edit.) Now if the gloves could be added?

Different tastes I guess. It's just that Harley's outfit in Arkham City wasn't that shiny, it looked like it was made of normal fabric and leather, not shiny latex.

 

Anyways, any plans on adding the gloves, choker etc.? I saw the meshes are included.

I might add a version with the normal specular (not shiny) and yeah, i do plan to add them. I'm just polishing my skills for now. This armor is the first one i have ever ported. So far i'm on my 9th one lol. some cool ones like this one

Thanks but it is not the same outfit. It seems the body used for this doesn't jive with CBBE slim. I will keep poking at it. Any other help would be great.
