Turning against the Institute may potentially break your game. Upon leaving Vault 111, open the console and type in "coc InstituteConcourse"`, then "player.additem 136331". Watch things unfold from there.

Pkatt Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Its the thing you get to complete the quest that gets you ok to go back and forth from the Institute freely.Basically, op is just telling you how to start in the Institute with the quest to do that already done.
