Black textures

Hi there, I am having a problem in my game wherein after playing for about one hour I start to get these annoying black textures. I don't why exactly this is happening but I have read somewhere that this could be a VRAM issue and I do have a low end PC. Also the black textures will disappear when I get close to them and the real textures will appear but walking away will make the black textures appear again.

 

I just want to know why this happens and if there's a fix besides getting a new PC. Thanks in advance.

Thanks! I compressed my textures and then I played for awhile. So far no black textures and it reduced my stutters.

Just remember to run the texture compressor again if you install any more mods containing a lot of big textures, some mod makers seem to think their texture heavy mod is the only one people install. I have so many follower, player home, npc clothing/armour replacement mods that even with a 6 GB vram 980ti video card I have to compress the textures.
