Totillou765 Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 Okay so I'm going to keep it short, I'm trying to install the following mods:  XPSE HDT TBBP CBBE FNIS RRF  This was my install order FNIS RRF CBBE HDT TBBP XPSE  So after installing the mods, I run FNIS, start the game via SKSE. Haven't started playing the game yet, So i got straight to New Game.  Loading screen pops up (at this point I've failed modding so many times that I practically memorize the new game loading message by heart) then the intro plays.  Lo and behold: My first cam is in the driver seat, I can see the front cart which is empty, I can also see Tullius standing on the road without his horse and that he's in a T-position not moving.  At this point i'm getting so frustrated that I'm at a point where I'm jsut ready to delete everything all together.  With XPSE, it says to overwrite everything it asks so when the dialogue box to overwrite something comes up, I see that it's a bunch of skeleton.nifs by RRF, so I click yes to them  I have FNIS creature pack as well as having both skeleton arm and gender anim patches checked.  Please tell me what I'm donig wrong or more specifically which files should I overwrite with which mods
seabeast Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 i would recommend getting alternativ start, you can still start the vanilla start from there. With that mod you spawn in a small cell and can see if your problem is a generall problem or just related to the vanilla start.
