Need help with getting mesh to appear

I have been trying to make my first mod which will be a condom for SOS I have been stuck on this for 2 days and tried to find tutorials but no matter what I do it just won't show up in the Creation kit. I have attached the files below if it could help. also if someone could point me to some great tutorials that would be awesome.

Is this supposed to be an equipable item? It's not rigged at all. It's also not "Skyrim ready" to be put in the CK or the game yet.

 

I found this tutorial to be very helpful, explains the importance of skin partitions, rigging, how to clean up the nif out of Blender and how to create it in the CK.

(It's also a little high poly for such a small item, you could probably run a poly reducer script on it.)
