SexLab Animations not Playing/Working

Hey there!

 

I've been a Sexout player for FO:NV for a few years now, and I felt like it was time to get into SexLab for Skyrim. So I've been trying to make it work and I've encountered and error that I cannot figure out. I've done quite a bit of self troubleshooting, however I cannot figure it out. I've listed my problem, setup, and testing I've done below.

 

Problem:

When a sex animation plays, characters are locked in place standing, and any pre-event triggers such as stripping will occur. The sounds and update text on the top left will also play, and at the end of the even SexLab stats are updated. This is tested numerous times on Mistres/Master event triggers as well as request for sex triggers in dialogue.

 

In some events, the pre-event will trigger and my character will get stripped, however there is no animation played and the NPC will walk away. In this case the Sexlab stats will not be updated. (Tested primarily on Ravenbeak prison event when prisoner demands sex)

 

After sex, the rebinding armbind that occur will not display correct animation. THe two arms extend to the side halfway and disappear, and the armbind displays at the back. From my experience with SexOut this is likely unrelated, but I'm not 100% sure.

 

I originally had an issue with Immerslave where I could not countinue after selecting options, as it never triggered the bed option. A reinstall of Immerslave fixed that. Likely unrelated.

 

Setup:

I use Mod Organizer to install files

LOOT to create load order

FNIS is updated with skeleton fix

SKSE, Sexlab, and FNIS are installed manually as instructed

FNIS updated as admin, with skeletion fix

Sexlab animations installed and readies up in game, ZaZ also registered with it

Games have been saved and reloaded

 

Testing:

Over the last 3 days I have tried the following that failed to solve it.

Reinstall Sexlab

Reinstall Skyrim

Complete clean install of skyrim and and sexlab

Reinstall of FNIS and update 

Clean and Rebuild of Sexlab in game

Deleted SKSE files and reinstalled SKSE

Toggle individual animation on/off

Reinstalled SexLab+Requirements on another clean Skyrim install and loaded it. Then applied mods to run it and tested animations.

I notice MO had SKSE as a Overwrite file. Made that into a mod and tested it.

Papyrus does show a few error, I am not too familiar with it so I do not know what this refers to:

     Cannot call IsPlayable() on a None object, aborting function callstack:

     ERROR:  (00000014): cannot fetch variable named FNISaa_sprint of type int, returning 0.stack:

 

I usually like to try to figure out and solve everything myself, but I am out of ideas on what to do here. The errors looks like a possible reason, but I do need someone who understands it better to explain what I need to do. 

 

I have also attached the papyrus.0 file for a fresh load of the game, event choices, installs of Sexlab, reload after into a failed sex animation. The animation itself is within the last minute of the file.

Load order is also attached as well.

 

I really enjoyed SexOut and SexLab looks very well developed and I'd like to play it likely for the next few years, probably until SexTec for FO:4 has more content. If someone can figure out what my problem is and help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! ( )

Update: I've reinstalled everything again and done a selective activation of the mod, and tested out Debug ans animation with other mods as well as animations I've gotten the animation to work and figured out the source of the problem I believe. It seems like the buggy animation are primarily for ZAZ animation pack animations, the normal ones work fine. The armbinder issue might actually be related then, since they are part of the same pack. 

 

Still trying to figure out how to fix it but I've got something to work from now.

I had the same issue. What i did was update FNIS with only the top 2 checked.
