port one from skyrim? just replace the sneak with sneaking on all 4s animation. i just started new vegas so have no clue but i have see other mods say thy where ported to new vegas. some one figure it  out well i try to build  my first playthrough load order and get it not to CD. lol i have no clue what works with what so going to take some time! but 2 thumbs up on the idea would love to have that mod!
