Skyrim crashes upon death and reload

Title explains my problem. Here's a list of what I have tried already but couldn't resolve:

-Tried Savecleaner tool
-Increased performance by reducing graphical settings
-Installed ENBoost, Crashfix plugin, SKSE plugin preloader, safetyload

So in my perspective it is a conflict in estus and immersive creatures because I saw a lot of errors when I read the papyrus log or any other mod I don't really know because I have no idea how to use the information on a papyrus log. So I attached my log here in hopes of somebody helping or just telling me to uninstall everything and re-mod if I have managed to destroy the game.

p.s I can load the save fine and play the game and I can create new save.
