Need help setting up skse.ini

I just finished installing every mod I wanted to install (for now)

I started from a clean Skyrim install. I first installed EVERYTHING related to bodies (skeleton,FNIS,SKSE,etc)

And in the end the texture mods (RealVision ENB and anything related)

 

I noticed I dont have a skse.ini (I ran the game successfully with no crashes before adding anything from RealVision, bodies and animations were working perfectly ) I havent run the game yet with the RealVision stuff.

Do I really need a skse.ini? I wanna make sure my game is really really stable and reduce the chances of CTDs
