Problem with Immersive first person

I cant seem to get immersive first person working its not making anything crash at all but it wont show up in the in game mod menu iv tried everything i know anyone have any suggestions

The mod (immersive first person view, right?) was basically integrated directly into the game, with no MCM integration. All changes have to be done through a text file.

The LAST version of Immersive First Persion featuring a MCM was 1.9

 

I for one prefer that version over the newer ones.
