CTD in the outskirts of Solitude

I'm pretty much stucked here. I've gotten various CTDs but none actually persists, except for this one. All I know or pretty much think the problem is that the Dawnguard DLC is the issue (according to the papyrus log). Thing is i'm not tech saavy at all.

I'm really clueless of what plugin or mod could be the problem or if I need to clean up my skyrim with the TES5EDIT (I have no idea how to use that and i dont want to fuck up my main files)

Any help is highly appreciated.

UPDATE:

I cleaned my save file and both master and DLC files with TES5EDIT and still crashing. Papyrus log always shows this before crashing

I have no idea at all how to fix this...

EDIT: Seems that my main files are fucked up even if i clean them using TES5Edit. I ran the game with no mods and still crashed. Gonna have to do a full re-install

that makes ZERO sense

If you use expired's Racemenu, then you are having ECE only for ressources aka meshes, tex and/or tints - deactivate CharacterMakingExtender.esp (and EnhancedCharacterEdit.esp)

Why so many NPC esp?

That is a waste of plugin slots!

MOST your named NPC plugins can be summarized as Bijin Wives, Bijin NPC, Bijin Warmaidens.
