MistressAriannaValentine Posted May 19, 2016 Author Posted May 19, 2016 P.S. I've run FNVEdit and replaced the missing .esms and everything but the game is still crashing on me i have also run LOOT and everything seems to be in order all around, yet for some reason i crash when i try to start the game the publishers info shows up then when it goes away instant crash.
Alpia Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 Well I dont play new vegas, but bethesda game + crash on logo = missing dependencies (masters) usually, but if you say you ran Loot and FNVEdit and it runs trough fine I guess you have no choice then to disable one mod after another until you found your culprit, but make sure you have all required mods you should start with old mods that may be outdated should not be too hard if you use a proper mod manager if not you should start using one
Guest endgameaddiction Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 If you use FOMM check each plugin on your load order and at the bottom it will list the required plugin needed for it to run. If you run MO, on the right pane click and keep your cursor over each plugin and it it will tell you which plugin is missing. You also get a icon indicating a plugin is missing a dependency. If you are using NMM, I don't know. Maybe it's the same as FOMM. Or the other option would be to download and run FNVEdit, enable all the plugins (should be by default) and click OK. As FNVEdit loads all the mods, by the time it comes to a mod that requires another mod that is not installed it will inform you in the log on the right pane.
