Resetting a Cell (Interior)

So I'm looking through commands trying to find one to reset an interior cell. But not like just the loot, I mean like everything.

 

For instance, Home Plate.

 

I scrapped everything in Home Plate and made it bare, but then found a mod called Home Plate Renovation. I had already cleaned out Home Plate, so when I installed this mod, all the original floors and walls were still there and just mashed together with this mod's floors and walls. Blocking access and just looking terrible.

 

I don't have a save before scrapping Home Plate, so was wondering if there was a command of sorts to return Home Plate back to it's default state, in hopes that it will fix the issues I am having since this mod already does all that for me. And seeing as I did it already, that might be what is causing my issue.

there is a 'DmndPlayerHouseNoReset' object in the CK. I tried deactivating 'never resets' and 'workshop'. 

But Home Plate is still the same for me. 

 

Maybe try to find a way to edit the save game file and remove any home plate stuff.
