Weird First Person Elbow Glitch

Heya!

 

First things first, the glitch in question:

As you can see, there is some serious clipping at the elbows. This clipping does not occur in 3rd person camera.

 

For the record, this is a completely new save.

At one point in time, I had Joy of Perspective installed. I have since uninstalled it via Mod Organizer.
