Can't talk to Serana Bug

Well, I was doing my Dawnguard Questline and sidetracked a little. 

For some reason I can't talk to Serana, I spam E and there's just no dialogue menu, the best I could do was tell here to move and wait if I hold E. 

 

So is there a fix of some sort?

 

Also she's invincible.

I have sometimes a problem where dogs want respond.

 

Try this:

Mark her in console.

disable

enable

 

This helps at least in my case

I tried that, didn't work I'm afraid.
