Noob mod making help

i never got into mod making and i want to start with fallout 4 how do edit nif files so i can rip apart mods and add them and make new mods such as armor and body mods.

Be mindful of the permissions of the original mod authors. Some say go for it just credit them. Some say you can't use parts without permission. Some say you can't use any part period.

 

Failing to properly get appropriate permission is likely to get your mod removed from most places, and banned from some.
