Armor Disappearing While Equipped

So I have a problem where certain armors will not show up on my body, but will still say they are equipped.

 

here's my terrible load order. My best guess is that it's Requiem causing the problem since it changes the stats of armors and stuff

Ok, try this for me. If custom armors don't appear. Deactivate it in mod manager and reactivate. Let the esp be at the bottom of the load order before bashed patch. Go in game and check if the armor appears.

I can see you're using a Devious Devices - Integration which comes with option to hide part of your armor.
In game go to DDi MCM menu and look into Devices Underneath tabs, it's usually slot 32 that's the couse of this,
just set it to stop hiding the items and it should be all good.

Doesn't that cause instant CTD whenever you type "showracemenu" + Enter button?

I can see you're using a Devious Devices - Integration which comes with option to hide part of your armor.

In game go to DDi MCM menu and look into Devices Underneath tabs, it's usually slot 32 that's the couse of this,

just set it to stop hiding the items and it should be all good.

ECE apparently improves the face mesh and increases the poly count if I remember correctly. I don't know any other mods to make faces look good so that's what I use. It doesn't cause CTD though, it's installed under race menu so I only really have it for the mesh.

People generally use the EnhancedCharacterEdit.esp - for the meshes, facetints, makeup stuff and such

 

BUT: the other one is an Either/Or thing

 

Either this bunch active:

OR

CharacterMakingExtender.esp=1

 

It depends which version of XPMSE you have (optimized for Racemenu or ECE)

 

Because they are 2 different menus, the entire menu I mean, it's like using either Windows or Linux to do the same stuff, having both active at once makes no sense.

 

So currently in your order both menus fight which each other, you are lucky you don't crash, but deactivating the "useless" CharacterMakingExtender.esp makes it only more stable
