Disappearing Armor piece

Hello,

 

I've got some really nice witch armor but the chest strap disappears like it is a particle effect or something.  So whenever my camera goes into a wall, or an NPC walks between the camera and my character, sometimes the chest strap disappears.

 

I'm totally willing to fix it myself, actually looking forward to it, but I've no idea what this could be.  Is there a nifscope setting or something that wasn't selected?, because I've not noticed this problem with any other armor.  Maybe some kind of occlusion setting?

Darn, I thought someone here must edit nifs and stuff and know what is happening with parts of armor vanishing.  Thank you anyway.
