hello,

I have been trying to add HDT effect mainly to this follower mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37302/?

i have been reading a lot of the bodyslide tutorials but FFS i cannot find any tutorials on how to convert a full custom body to a HDT/TBBP one....

all i see is how to convert an outfit to be compatible with any body

so is it even possible to use bodyslide program to add HDT/TBBP bones to a fully custom body like this?

if anyone could give me a tutorial link on how to convert a body to HDT/TBBP without causing many hand neck seams then it will be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

Yes.

But why not just replace the Bodymeshes with those made by bodyslide anyway.

If you have to add HDT to her pre-existing Body Meshes

You Load up Outfit Studio and treat her Body Meshes just like an Outfit.

So Load a Reference Body Mesh.

Load her body meshes.

In the right window you select the mesh your changing

Right click on it.

Copy Bone Weights

File->Export->Save your changed mesh to somewhere.

I could just copy the exported 0 and 1 nif files? o.O

but doesn't the nif files in the mods folder have a custom path into them so if i copy the exported nif files it show vanilla skin textures with lucretia's custom redhead?

P.S forgive me if its a stupid question but i don't have any knowledge on nif files directory stuff XD

Bodyslide exports the female meshes to

Skyrim\Data\Meshes\Actors\CharacterAssets

I have no idea where your specific followers body meshes will be since each Author Packages that themselves.

So if I were to do it,

Download the Follower again,

Unpack the follower File to somewhere

Browse the Directories

Looking inside of Meshes\  <<<<<I'd expect to find the followers body meshes in this section....

Once I knew where the followers body meshes where I'd navigate to where they are in my Skyrim installation.....

Then I'd copy my Female Body Files from the default spot

Skyrim\Data\Meshes\Character\CharacterAssets

Then Paste them into the directory wher the followers are stored

Skyrim\Data\Meshes\Some Directory I don't know yet cause I have not looked at the file structure for this follower.
