First Person Camera Switch Issue

Hi everybody!  I'm having a bit of an issue with my camera switching.  When I switch from first person to third person, all is well, but when I switch back, the vantage point is situated somewhere around the neck, and more importantly, animations don't present correctly.  If I draw a weapon, the sound of the drawing will play, but the actual weapon won't appear, nor will the hands.  I can still inflict damage, but all the animations produce is a flash of color.  I tried installing the Joy of Perspective to try to work around this issue, but no dice. 

 

 

Has anyone else had this problem?
