TranscendedGuy Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 So, I am having trouble getting Naotora with modded steam_api.dll. She appears to be locked no matter how many time I reinstall the character dlc or reinstall the game. She doesn't get locked out with official steam_api.dll. Does anyone have the latest modded steam_api hack or any solution for it? Yes I use steam.

Thanks! ^ ^ I didn't think about the 3DMGame.ini. >.< No wonder why it didn't work in the first place lol. I just thought the game was buggy on me with the new character not able to active.
Ishidacorp Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 YW. If not this, could also be the absence of patch_19_catalog.bin/patch_20_catalog.bin. You can even play with her using a empty save.

True lol. Now that I have her. Time to use that new dlc tool. Honestly, I don't like the new tool too much due to error when trying to create dlc folder unless I just grab bcm dlc file and then create fresh dlc folder.
