[TWEAK] Fallout 4 for medium end rig players

List of Good Tweaks i think for Good for Medium rig at   , this  is my fo4  tweaks for the game This is beta fix for those who had terrible lag

 

downscaled shadow to fit most long distance, will not cost blurry texture if it do re-tweak using this
