sexlab and sexlab defeat issue

i am having an issue with the sexlab/sex lab defeat mods the animations are not playing the characters are just standing there on top of each other and neither of them are moving at all just standing there doing idle animations.

i also have the xm32 skeleton installed but for some reason its not showing up here on my list.
