The problem with modification (The Coenaculi - RaceMenu Plugin for Tattoos)

Good day. Playing Skyrim encountered a small problem. I should modification (The Coenaculi - RaceMenu Plugin for Tattoos) and lately it is not working properly. The problem is that when I load the save game, all settings tattoos disappear (as if I did not set up). It saves only the preset load. Maybe it's even in the RaceMenu. Please tell me what could be the reason?
P. S. It started (as I think) after the completion of the quest console command (for that was the reason). But is it could affect the performance of fashion?
