if once nif file pose messed up, then can't fix it?

i almost complete this requesting.....but there is one last problem.....

i cant touch the nif file's pose. i trying arms(just need a little...), leg and feet's shape same as malebasebody. but i dont know bodyslide can fix, and my 3ds max skill can't find out the solution...

(my other friend bring this file and instead of me asking other sites but no answers...)
