[HD] Infinite loading while using HD textures

Problem is simple, I can make everything work fine by just not using any HD texture (character only - World HD textures works fine). Well, when I try to customize my character, be it by 'New Game' or 'showracemenu' the game seens to be loading forever, it don't CTD, just stay there like loading something but it never do. While using 'New Game', any male character load fine, but changing it's sex to 'female' make it to happen again (i.e. I can't control any slider, the male model stay on the middle, but I can move the in-game cursor). It also works fine when setting texture quality to 'Medium' but this way the texture looks worse than using conventional 'non-HD' ones. I got 16GB RAM and an ATI 6970, so I don't think it's my machine that's too slow.

According to steam, my skyrim is at version 1.5 and seens there's no more further updates available.

I've unstalled any HD world texture to see if that helps but no.

I've made a clean install recently, so I'm trying to work with these before adding more.

Get rid of the Oriental and hair mods, entirely. Obviously, something is borked with those, that would explain why your can't mod females. Once you get it sorted and working properly again, then you can try to re-install the mods you want - ONE AT A TIME!

Well, strange but installing one by one (install one, begin the game, test, install another...) the very same mods worked this time... figures.

 

Yup, I know Danger Girl and even used to read her comic books not too long ago. The art is indeed very alike, the only difference is that dg is blonde and have a more cartoony body than my avatar.
