Having issues with TPOSE on every NPC, PC, animal (after running FNIS)

I am having a major issue with TPOSE and FNIS. All my physics work (until I run FNIS, then it breaks), but I need halo's posers and it needs FNIS to run. I have used FNIS many times, I'm no noob at modding. But I had to re-do my skyrim setup because my saves were too big, and used too many strings.

 

My saves are now at 7mb, my strings at 49k. Before my saves were at 11mb! and strings at 55k and raising quick.

 

ALL THIS IS WITH MOD ORGANIZER, except the first time...

 

First time:
Installed XPMS or whatever with mod organizer, the not XPMSE one cause thats damn annoying to install, no install guides on how to install that confusing mess.

 

Run FNIS, everything on default, except skeleton arm and gender patch turned on

 

complains of behavior files, I delete them.

 

Run FNIS again

 

Go in game thinking I've done this a 100 times...my female character and all females in TPOSE

 

Remove mod organizer FNIS folder that it made...everything still in tpose? Even though I removed everything FNIS in mod organizer...

 

decide to run FNIS in actual data folder in case mod organizer broke it...TPOSE TPOSE TPOSE!

 

there goes that skyrim install

 

second time.

 

Install XPMSE, confused as hell, but left everything default cause how the heck am I supposed to know how to install that without a guide. I figure mod organizer can do it for me.

 

Run FNIS

 

It complains of conflicting behavior files again, I delete them again.

 

Run FNIS again

 

TPOSE! TPOSE! TPOOOOOOOSSSSSEEE!

 

And unlike last time, I do not run it outside of mod organizer. I have to remove every mod organizer mod, and restore the folder, because somehow FNIS is putting files everywhere outside mod organizer, destroying my skyrim, even though mod organizer shouldn't do that. At least restoring mod organizer folder fixes it and makes TPOSE disappear.

 

Third and latest attempt...

 

first: Installed XPMSE through mod organizer and left everything default, changed no option in XPMSE, fixed overwrite by making a new mod. Fixed any conflict issues that mod organizer showed

2: Installed FNIS (downloaded it again, and installed it back up), set FNIS to see its path (but for me it was already set to right path, but I did it anyway).

3. Ran FNIS through mod organizer. Left the checked options alone, so whatever was checked is what I did. It already had options checked marked

4. fixed overwrite issues by making a new mod, and fixed any conflict issues mod organizer showed

5. FNIS did report behavior files as possible conflicts, but the first two times I deleted the conflicts manually, this time I left them alone. Cause deleting them does nothing but make things worse.

6. go in game

7. get very annoyed every NPC, player character, male, female, child, animal, that bird flying over your head, your grandma, your dead family members, draugr, that jarl, dragons...everything...is in TPOSE

 

TPOSE THERE! TPOSE EVERYWHERE! TPOSE!

 

never had such an issue getting FNIS to work...it has always been really easy

 

what the heck am I doing wrong?

Here is my load order. Do note, I have NOT reinstalled Halo's Posers or XPMSE in this, so they are not in the load order

 

And yeah, I have a lot of mods lol. Most of them are merged however, and my game is VERY stable. The past two days, I've played 49 hours (yeah I don't sleep much), not one crash, great performance, my save has only hit 8.9mb. My strings and scripts are VERY low, especially compared to my original skyrim install before reinstalling it

Dunno, never saved it. And I had to delete skyrim twice. But it didn't say any errors the first two times, after I removed the behavior files. It looked like it was good to go. Third time it said behavior files as well, but ignored it cause deleting them didn't do anything.

 

And I don't want to start it up and have it break everything, and then have to redo everything again...no thanks lol. And I'd run it, if it didn't install files all over the place outside mod organizer...luckily third time I just re-did mod organizer mod folders. First two times it screwed up my Skyrim. But thats way too annoying. I don't want to run FNIS just to see what the log says, and have to spend so many hours re-doing everything...

I know a log would sure be useful. But man, having to potentially reinstall everything, and not getting lucky and restoring mod organizer doesn't work...would make me go so crazy and super super angry and annoyed. Stabbing my hand with a knife sounds more fun than doing that a 4th time in a day...but I'd never do that so...yeah...but you get the expression

 

Unless its 100% required, guess I have to. But I really would rather not. I'd probably at that point choose to just not use Halo Posers, than have to deal with that again, if I actually do need a dumb log lol.

 

Which would suck, cause there is no other pose mod...and if there are, it probably needs FNIS...

But I'd really would rather try to figure this out without a log, and dealing with the massive rage inducing annoyance of reinstalling again...

I noticed I had two ragdoll mod esps (one realistic, one medium) active at once. Dunno how that happened, I only installed one. Maybe I made a mistake somewhere.

I fixed it.

 

Installing body and custom races through mod organizer breaks everything. FNIS was, I guess, not finding the correct race/body files inside the mod organizer folder. So, as soon as it ran, it broke all my animations.

 

Instead, I manually installed the custom race and body meshes I use, ran FNIS outside of mod organizer and it then worked fine.
