CTD only with Vanilla Complete Saves

I am an experienced mod user and have even created a few mods myself over the years but have encountered an issue I have never experienced before.  I have an extensive mod list that although currently has some minor incompatibilities (ones I have been working on ironning out myself such as PO and Holds of Skyrim, yes I know that will fuck with PO) I rarely if ever get crashes, maybe once every 10 - 20 hours of gameplay.  The only consistent bug I have is with Devourment (and that has to do more with Devourment's shit code in some cases).  

 

Anyways, I can load and play any game I have started myself, but whenever I use someone else's save such as the Aesa 99% saves (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27357/?) on the nexus I will CTD, now keep in mind this is after a through cleaning, wait, PCB and wait, removal and proper cleaning of the USKP, UDGP, and UDBP, scripts through their recommended removal process, as well as a double check and cleaning with Papyrus Script Cleaner, loading my game seperately each time to see if it works, and double checking Skyrim's memory problems by loading one of my working saves, then loading these edited saves while in game.

 

Also, please note I have debugged my papyrus log as much as possible and determined that yes, pocket empire builder has shitty coding, but that is not to blame for the CTD's.  Though a number of things such as base state has changed on almost everything is probably an indicator of something going wrong somewhere but I don't know what it is.

 

If anyone can point out more likely conflicts or maybe a mod that shits bricks if you attempt to load it with a finished game, please point them out.  Also let me know if I have overlooked any other obvious things.

As an update it turns out it is not anything to do with a stack overflow, or it does but not only that.  It is any time I load a save that doesn't use alternate starts.  So any save that didn't start with an alternate start, anybody know what might be causing a crash if I don't use an alternate start?

They aren't my saves, mine work fine, that is the funny part.  It is only when I attempt to load a vanilla complete game or start a game without the alternate start.
