Infinite Load screen when entering Treva's Watch or Lost Knife Cave

Name says it all.  I've struggle with this for a while now, but simply avoided the two places.  Now, I have a bunch of quests that force me to go them.  Plus, I like fighting in those dungeons.  I tried running my load order through TESV Edit and none of my mods modify those cells (searched IDs with "treva" and "knife" in it and everything seemed the same as the vanilla skyrim.esm).
