Something has screwed with your shadows from the hearth. You can tell from those parts that aren't effected, like the backs of the columns and your character's back. I suspect an ENB.

 

I have no idea how to fix this without more information.

apparently it disappeared after I exited and started the game again, wierd as hell. My enb is Realvision and my PC is not that low end GTX 960 and 16 gb ram, processor 4.0 ghz I7
