Character wont move after sex.

Hello, Everyone.

 

Very new to modding Skyrim. I'm using the Nexus Mod Manager, and everything seems to be running fine. All the animations play fine, all the skins look great. The only issue I'm having is that when my character is done having sex with anything she ends up lying limp on the floor and just wont move, and the game is then effectively over, and I have to re-load a previous save to keep playing.

 

I really don't think it's any of the mods loaded incorrectly, I just think it's some setting in the MCM that I'm not seeing.

 

My Papyrus file is attached. 

 

I have images saved of what's in both my Mod manager as well as what shows up in my MCM, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to get them to display on this message board. 

 

I'm hoping this is a common problem that people may know of a setting in the MCM to fix.

 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciate.

Hello @Krommer, to attach images and other files you need to do a few posts. This was you first one, so you cannot do it.

 

Post your load order and the FNIS window results (the last should not be a problem for you error.)

In This case, the papyrus, is pretty much useless.

Edit: what i sthe mod you use to start a sexual animation? This can give an hint of were the problem can be.

Thanks for replying. I figured it was something like that with the pictures. I was even trying to post them from a hosted site so it wouldn't use any storage space here, but it keep telling me I couldn't post links. I imagine I'll hit that limit eventually. :-)

As far as what's triggering it, basically anything that initiates sex with another character.

 

I have both Defeat and Prostitution installed, and also the mod that allows you to have sex with people who are sleeping. Sorry, I don't remember the name of that one. I think it's part of Defeat.

 

Basically through, If I try to have sex through prostitution, or just by persuading someone, or going after them while their sleeping, the sex act is displayed just fine, and everything plays out as it should, however, the final result is always the same when it ends. My character flops down onto the floor when it's over and just lays there like a lump, and I can't move her, and end up having to reload a game save to continue.

 

I also have Estrus installed, and I can use that on NPC all day and night, and that works great, it's only when my character is involved.

 

I just feel like there some setting I'm missing, like something that that tells your character what to do when the sex act has finished that I'm not seeing. 

 

Anyhow, I appreciate the feedback.

In your SexLab MCM, is 'Ragdoll Ending' enabled? If yes, try disabling it.

I just noticed in my FINS read out above that it told me to patch the skeleton, and didn't realize the patch was right there in FINS. Ha ha. Like I said, I'm new at this. Here's the new FINS with the skeleton patched.

I turned off the Ragdoll Ending, and for a moment I thought it was going to work, because she didn't instantly flop onto the floor like a sack of potatoes. However, after she stood up, she just morphed back to the floor, but the weirdest thing happened.

 

She's basically lying on the floor on her side like her arms and legs are hogtied behind her, and she wont get out of that position, but I somehow magically glide her across the floor, so I'm playing with a character that can't stand up. I thought maybe if I went through a door when the game loaded the new area she'd be standing again, but nope, she was still all tied up on the ground, and I can just kind of slide her where I want, but that's obviously not gonna work either.

 

Now I'm searching the menus for anything to do with being hogtied to uncheck or change it.

It sounds like one of your SexLab mods is catching the AnimationEnd event and putting the player in a hogtied pose. I know Defeat does that, but it's only when you're defeated in combat, not for sex animations started by other mods.

 

If nothing else works, try uninstalling every SexLab mod except the framework itself. Then, tag a random NPC by pressing N while aiming at them, and go into SexLab's MCM, Animation Editor page. Start a test animation there, and see if the problem is gone. If it all works fine, then slowly install your SexLab mods back in until you find the culprit.

Well, really appreciate all the words of advice, but things have gone from bad to terrible.

 

Just to make sure everything is running okay, I installed the LOOT, and had that set everything up correctly. Then I went through with the TES5E and cleaned everything up. Very carefully following the instructions for all.

 

Everything still seemed fine after that. All the textures were still working properly, and then for some weird reason I started getting HUGE frame rate drops. Yes I'm running on Ultra, but my PC specs are:

 

GPU: GeForce GTX 970

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k CPU @ 4.00GHz

Memory: 16GB DDR4 SDRAM

 

So low frame rates shouldn't be an issue. So I just figured it might be a bad load, so I restarted the game and the frame rate cleared up again. Just note that was the first frame rate drop I'd gotten after about 9 hours of gameplay, and this is after I ran all the things that were supposed to make it run smoother. Okay, so after the restart it seemed to be running good again, and I figured I try to tackle the whole reason for this thread, which is my character collapsing in a heap after every sex encounter.

 

Well, the LOOT was giving me this warning:

 

Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp

 

Ragdolls will conflict with other mods that change the skeleton.nif. Check Custom Skeleton Replacers for compatibly with other skeleton.nif.

 

So the first thing I did was turn those off one at a time. First the skeleton, then the Realistic Ragdoll force, both with the same result. My game told me that the save file I was using wouldn't be the same because things had been removed that were in the previous versions. So I put them both back.

 

So then ried initiating sex with a character because everything seemed to be running good, and as soon as they started having sex, there was all this weird texture deformation where their bellies look stretched out and pointed at each other, and of course as usual at the end my character flopped to the ground and wouldn't move.

 

Okay, no biggie, just reload like always. So now I decide to try what WraithSlayer suggested, which seems perfectly reasonable. So I turned every SexLab Mod off accept for Framework, and re-ran the FINS so everyone would keep moving, and tried to initiate sex, and same thing. Weird textures and my character flopped to the ground.

 

I haven't even gotten to the bad part yet.

 

Once again, no biggie. I just go turn everything back on. Re-Run LOOT to make sure the load order is good, re-run FINS to make sure all the animations are working, fire up my game, and now EVERY female character has their breasts and stomachs off center.

 

For instance, if she were to stand perfectly straight and not move, she would look normal, but if she sways to the right at all her left breast becomes overly large and smashes down, while her right breast gets to small and wraps around her, and reverse that when she leans to the left, all the while her belly button and stomach want to stay in the center no matter which way she leans so it looks all off center and weird.

 

I even tried starting a new game to see if a fresh re-start would do anything, and it didn't as even on a new character the same thing is happening...

 

So LOOT is telling me everything is good. I'm not getting any error messages in the Nexus Mod Manager, it's just that everything in my game appears to be fucked....

 

I don't know what to do at this point other than uninstall the entire game and start over fresh, and I just don't have the energy to do that now...

 

So any advice would be appreciated, but I think I may be calling it quits on Skyrim...

The warning LOOT gives you about Realistic Ragdoll Force can be safely ignored, provided you're using XPMSE. This skeleton was specifically designed to overwrite some of Realistic Ragdoll Force's files.

 

The body deformation issue is probably easy to solve, and was caused because you reinstalled the skeleton and Realistic Ragdoll Force in the wrong order. Realistic Ragdoll Force needs to come first, then get its files overwritten by the latest version of the XPMSE skeleton. You should never ever let any mod overwrite XPMSE files, or weird shit will happen in your game, as you just noticed.

Okay, so I basically turned everything off, and then turned it all back on in the correct order, Re-ran Loot and re-cleaned the files that needed it with TES5E, and the game is running like it did before, but now I'm right back were I was before, which was the reason I started this thread, and it's that any time my character has sex with anyone it's a game breaking flaw that when she's done she flops to the floor in a hogtied position and won't move. I've searched this message board, Google, Yahoo, and I'm just dumbfounded that no one else has ever experienced this before.
