NMM not finding my Fallout 4 ini

I recently had to reinstall windows, and in doing so I had to reinstall my games, as well as reinstall Nexus Mod Manager. After doing so I get the message "you have no fallout 4 ini file" from NMM. I do indeed have the ini, and it is properly edited. NMM worked for me before I had to redownload it.

 

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

I seemed to have figured it out.I put "binvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal=" under its own [archive], but Bethesda must have added [archive] to the ini itself, if I put it under there, it seems to work.
