CTD and freeze when going outdoors or travel?

I'm getting CTD's and freezes when traveling or going outdoors. When I run Tes5edit and Loot everything says it's ok. Here's my LO, does anyone more veteran than me see what the problem could be? Thanks.

I ran into that problem before, ended up being my draw distance. What are your pc specs? I remember I also had my water reflections on with an ENB they shouldn't have been....it could be all kinds of shit

I started over and I'm trying to see if I can narrow it down but here's my pc specs.

 

Core i7 5820k

32gb ram 3000mhz

Two 980's in SLI

Montior ROG Swift 2560x1440

 

I'm going very slow right now adding mods and checking after each one I add that isn't an outfit trying to pinpoint and right now it's UFO. Looking at the papyrus log from what I can tell it looks like UFO is looking for Unofficial Patches but they aren't supported anymore and we're supposed to use USLEEP now. Do I add the patches and just not activate them since UFO hasn't been updated in quite a while? Also, thanks for the draw distance suggestion, I changed my ini file and toned it down some and I'll see what happens.

Well here's my findings so far. I didn't have SKSE ini setup, I changed my draw distance and I'm not mass installing without checking my game now. So far I can go outside and fast travel so I'll keep it at slow and steady until I find the culprit, thanks for your help.
