Help with setting up a Nord female

I am not sure if this is the right spot for this.  I am making a Nord female mage based on Skadi from Norse mythology.  How would I give my Nord female white hair that does look bad using the numbers for ARGB?   If that is not possible how would I give her white blonde hair using ARGB?   Would her having snow white skin look good and if you think it would look good then what are the number  be for that skin color using ARGB?  If snow-white skin will not work then how can give her good pale skin color using the numbers for ARGB? 

 

What perks do you think she should have?  Do you think she should have any perks in Speech.  What would be good quests for my character to do?

 

Is their any mods that have goddess style clothing and/or jewelry?  Also is their any ice/cold based clothing and/or jewelry mods that I should download?

I think that how good a very white character would look will depend on what ENB (if any) you use. Some of them would probably wash out all detail. But, others might pull it off well.

 

Anyway, just my 10 cents. Hope it helps.

You can use RaceMenu to change the hair & skin & tint colours on a character.

As you can see archery and light armor would be major skills. The rest is a bit open, maybe frost magic, alteration and sneak? If you play with Perkus Maximus the Wayfarer tree would be appropriate.

 

Regarding appearance I think pure white skin can make her shine in a way that does not look so good, but like mentioned before it depends on your enb. You want to avoid enbs that are bright or have high contrast. I think somber enb might work. Making white hair is actually a bit tricky. I've tried it myself with Racemenu and found that the best result is achieved by choosing a bluegreen color and then adjust the saturation(color strength) until it looks a bit like platinum. There are presets that are very bright but they aren't really white(sorry for the bad rhyme there). =)

How would get her skin to be very pale with\out looking bad?  How do I do platinum blonde hair then?  Why should I get perks in light armor and archery?
