change male skeleton

hi i have come around this mod for the male characters it makes them more muscular ..the khajit and the argonians have a variant that is really huge...my request its for someone to adapt this form to the normal human skeleton,,i have contacted mod maker but he doesnt respond and the mod is months old so i asume he isnt playing...
