(sims 3) lights, effects, etc missing help!

I've notice that when playing Into The Future the lighting effect isn't visible. The time machine and jetpack even my robots are supposed to have a glowing light, why isn't it showing?

I've notice that when playing Into The Future the lighting effect isn't visible. The time machine and jetpack even my robots are supposed to have a glowing light, why isn't it showing?

 

I had the same problem, I was not able to see fairy wings and beams. 

What I discovered was wrong is that the "no mosaic" mod hides everything so if you have "no mosaic" mod, remove it and use NRass Decendor mod
